After being an athlete for most of her life, Abby always craved a way to get back into a team-like setting where people can work out, have fun, and encourage one another to push their limits, and that is exactly what Strive is for her! Once Abby started riding she was hooked! Abby moved to Concord in August of 2022 to start the grueling but rewarding journey that is law school, and knew she wanted to continue riding once she got here and found Strive. “From my very first class, I knew that this was a place and a community that I wanted to be a part of! I started working as a desk diva at Strive with the ultimate goal of becoming an instructor because I wanted to encourage others to be the best versions of themselves just like all the instructors had inspired me. Riding has been such a fun way to sweat out the stress of law school and take time for myself, even if only for a 45 minute class. “
Abby has always been a lover of music of all kinds, and Cycling is the perfect way for her to express herself through music and her rides, and in her opinion it's basically an excuse to have a 45 minute party that challenges our community in the best way possible!
“I am so excited to be a part of the Strive Cycling Team and I hope that my classes bring so much joy, motivation, and a good sweat to everyone who takes them!”
